James is an accomplished senior executive with an extensive sales and operational background, benefiting from 24 years of automotive experience working in senior management and director roles with leading luxury automotive brands at OEM, Retail and Consultative levels.
He has experience of managing multi-cultural teams and projects across countries and multi-site operations in the MENA region whilst having also benefited from commercial exposure in the Asia Pacific region.
Having worked in consultative roles for most major brands leading and managing projects associated with business re-engineering and development. Driving these projects he has achieved highly successful results by increasing profitability, volume whilst in tandem developing management teams.
Broad industry experience encompassing: regional, sales and dealer management, market entry, network development, sales & after-sales growth strategies, KPI management, recruitment, customer satisfaction & retention, marketing, brand building and P&L responsibility.

Alan has over 30 years of automotive experience and is an accomplished senior executive with an extensive, aftersales, sales, IT and operational background. He has worked in senior management, director and operational roles with leading luxury automotive brands at all levels: OEM, Retail and Consultative levels.
Having worked in roles for Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ford and McLaren Automotive leading and managing teams and projects associated with business re-engineering, development and startup in the MENA region, UK and Asia markets. Alan last operational roles involved working directly with Porsche as the Sales Director for Porsche KSA.
Industry experience encompassing: regional sales and aftersales, retail dealer management, process development & implementation, market development, customer satisfaction and development, recruitment, brand building, marketing, KPI management, business and departmental restructuring and growth strategies, P&L responsibility, training, IT strategy, dealer management system (DMS) implementation strategy & structure, business analysis, project management, change management, quality process implementation, all levels of staff assessment & development, mentoring & coaching.

Luis has in excess of fifteen years corporate experience as a Training professional across Europe, South America & the Middle East. Having worked directly with Volkswagen (VW: Wolfsburg Global Training Academy) over the last 10 years Luis has been part of the core team that has developed the Retail Sales Excellence programme for VW. Not only did he develop the programme but also delivered it to 156 dealers across South America. Currently on assignment with Bentley through Brambourne.

Jeff has in excess of twenty five years experience working in the US, Middle East and Far East. A versatile, experienced and successful Director, with an excellent track record of profitable Management and Business Development. Jeff has extensive interpersonal communication skills at all levels with a strong background using influencing and negotiating skills. Adept at developing new business by effective marketing with a strong background in staff training development and customer service techniques. He is result orientated, profit focussed, a proven team builder with the ability to recruit at a high level, train/develop and motivate staff to deliver results. Jeff has worked with multinational clients in the UK and across Europe as well as working extensively across the Middle East & China in the last 5 years. Married with a grown up family, when time allows he enjoys watching most sport and is a keen fisherman.
Having worked in the Aftersales side of the Motor Industry from leaving school, Chris brings a wealth of Aftersales experience to his work with clients.
Starting in retail straight from school and working his way up from the workshop through all departments of the Aftersales business, eventually managing large Service, Accident Repair and Parts Departments, he gained in depth knowledge of how Aftersales processes when operated efficiently can positively impact on profit and customer satisfaction, and vice versa of course.
Chris took this experience to two of the UK’s most influential Automotive Consultancy companies where he managed “in dealer” business improvement programmes for Audi, Mercedes Benz, Hyundai and Fiat. As well as managing the consultancy programs in the dealers, Chris also conducted manufacturer training course for Toyota, Peugeot, Citroen, VW, Mercedes Benz, Hyundai and Fiat.
After 16 years working as a Consultant Chris was invited to become the Aftersales Director for Audi in the Middle East. Based in Dubai but working across 12 different countries and cultures Chris led the Aftersales function for Audi increasing profit and customer satisfaction to above Audi’s world standard targets.
All aspects of Aftersales development benefit from Chris’s input including Customer Satisfaction improvement, Efficiency improvement, Capacity Planning, New Build Consultation, Staff Development, Front of House Training, Workshop Organization, Team development, Management Coaching and Profit and Loss improvement.
Dayan is a highly professional and experienced senior individual with over 16 years in the financial automotive industry. Having worked in many positions over the years related to the automotive financial industry, Dayan is currently the CEO of his own companies Waypoint Systems & Autocon (India) Pvt Ltd.
Both companies have highly successful track histories and have become the leaders in their fields. Waypoint is a successful group of companies with interest in IT/Technology and Third Party Administration (TPA) of extended warranties and automotive financial products to OEMS and large automotive groups around the Middle East whilst AutoCon provides TPA services in India.
His location in the Middle East and has allowed him a high level of multi-cultural interaction and understanding, fully adaptable to new environments, and having proved his ability to successfully implement projects.
Dayan is an industry leading expert in Insurance, re-insurance, set-up & implementation of all aspects of extended warranty programs.

Louise is the latest member of the Brambourne team and is a highly organized administrator with proven managerial skills and knowledge and a lot of initiative. Some great experience in organizing and supervising administrative activities in a busy office environment, all within budget and to tight timescales. The ‘anchor point’ in regards to Brambourne back office functions. Louise is no exception to the rest of the team; benefiting from a strong automotive background (10 years +) Having previously worked in one of the leading Porsche centers in the middle east for many years and prior in the UK for the Pendragon group, she is a great asset to the team.
