I worked with Brambourne on their visit to Porsche Centre Vilniius (Lithuania) for the Porsche Business Excellence project.
The team were very open to all types of questions, engaging in all discussions with the aim to understand the roots of the concern as well as bringing on topics that needed additional focus.
They created an open and friendly atmosphere which helped to discuss even more sensitive topics.
Showroom traffic control and analysis process allowed us to measure conversion (traffic to sales) rate, based on which we now have set targets for marketing and have quite a clear picture of what is happening in the showroom.
Customer payment process helped to decrease aftersales customer debtors by 60%. Apart from the risk minimisation of not getting payment, we gained time for service advisors to concentrate on customer needs instead of debts.
These processes are just a few examples, as I feel a long-lasting effect after that first coaching week.
I would recommend to every business who wants to get fresh insights, inspiration to make changes and stay on an improvement path. He was fundamental in increasing sales in a number of our dealerships as a direct result in producing a Lost Lead Program.

“It was January 2021 when UMG were invited to apply for Kia Distribution for the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. The time frame was 6 weeks for a complete business plan. We immediately reached out to Brambourne to engage in the complete application process, to form a key and central part of our team.
Brambourne added the additional expertise & manpower that we needed in such a short time frame. They worked seamlessly with us as an extension of our own team and co-produced a full business plan submission that ranged from market overviews, product segment analysis, pricing positioning, volume projections, After Sales VTP through to final P&L’s.
The end business plan and presentation was of extreme high quality and assisted in securing Kia Western Region for UMG
